I have held a practicing certificate since February 2021. Since qualification I have dealt with a number of property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Almost 70% of my time is spent dealing with sale and purchase transactions and the remainder of my time is spent dealing with all other property related matters. The complexity and issues, or types of issues that I deal with vary on a case by case basis as no property is the same!
