Case Examples
Mr B suffered hospitalisation after his dentist failed to diagnose and adequately treat an abscess in his mouth which arose from root canal preparation. Mr B had to undergo an operation to drain the abscess and was hospitalised for a period of two days. Mr B was awarded £7,500 in respect of his general damages.
Mr A suffered injuries to his knee and shoulder after being knocked off his bicycle at a roundabout. Mr A was awarded the sum of £6,000.
