I am a fully qualified Solicitor who has worked in Litigation for over 15 years. I am the Head of Family Law and am proud to be a Director of MJP Law.
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and now specialise exclusively in Family Law. I practice all types of private family disputes which include Divorce, Financial Remedy Proceedings, Applications under the Children Act 1989, Cohabitation disputes and proceedings brought under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, Non Molestation and Occupation Orders, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and Deeds of Separation.
